Leopad cultivates on CSR & Community Services as part of their Safety, Health & Environmental ( SHE ) program. Leopad is committed in fulfilling their responsibilities with regards to health, safety of employees, the environment and the communities in which Leopad operates.

We measure our success not just on profit and turnover, but also on how well we conduct ourselves within the community. We support local events or programs where we can provide benefits to the community. Some of Leopad's recent contributions to the local community are the Community Eye Check Up Event held in Sg.

Udang Melaka, Group wide Organ Donation Program, Blood Donation Drive held in the Kulim Branch, Beach Clean Up activities in Melaka, Safety awareness talk and donation to orphanages, contributions to the local mosque and temple, & various other community services organized by Leopad's SHE Dept. Despite the busy routine Leopad's top management are committed towards the well being of the community as well as their staffs.

SAFETY is the foundation stone of Leopad Group. It begins with a detailed safety program, qualified trained personnel, commitment, implementation and followthrough.

Safety Programs are implemented to ensure all workforce at site are trained and competent for Safety, Health and Environment besides being competent technically in completing the work. For the lower skill workers, competency requirements are being developed of which training schedule are planned in order for jobs undertaken can be evaluated accordingly.

In implementing a Safety, Health and Environment culture, the management continuous outreach to the workforce to reinforce the lessons learned in the training as well as provides two way communication between the management and employees. The programs are designed to encourage participation and ownership of the safety, health and environment performance. This is to maintain the highest safety standards through all phases of each project. Our safety record is outstanding with many safety awards given to the company in recent years.

The employees are required to adhere to our strict HSE policy. Continuous education and training is essential to our workforce to maintain the standard safety measures set by Leopad.

  • To use proper lifting method by using rope / pully in scaffolding works
  • To put proper percautionary such as barricade and signage at work place

  • To have zero complaint of PTW Non-Compliance
  • To have zero NCR
  • To achieve 10 excellent rating

Although our impact is small, we are keen to ensure we manage our impact on the environment.

A number of local management and staff initiatives work to reduce our hazards and, at corporate level, we carry out environmentally friendly activities to reduce any impact towards the local environment where Leopad operates.

The vast majority of our operations conform to the internationally recognised management standard ISO 14001 (environmental), certified by SIRIM & accredited by UKAS & IQ Net.

Training plays a fundamental role in further extending Leopad's reputation as a leading provider of integrated oil & gas services. Leopad's training and assessment staffs are selected for their professional training credentials and proven experience, and all training is designed to meet demanding international standards.

As pioneers in the scaffolding industry, Leopad has collaborated with ABM (Akademi Binaan Malaysia) & NIOSH to train highly skilled scaffolders for basic, intermediate & advance level scaffolding certification. Apart from this Leopad has established an in house training centre called Leopad Training Centre (LTC) to continuously educate & train in house staffs as well as offering public training on operations & management trainings relevant to Leopad's expertise.
