QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Quality Management System has been certified pursuant to the ISO 9001 standards and this is reflected in all areas of the business, from stock control and office procedure through to on-site activities. Leopad attained this certification in the year 2003 which makes Leopad the first and only Malaysian company to achieve accreditation for this prestigious certification in the scope of Blasting & Painting, Insulation, Fireproofing and Scaffolding.

Till now Leopad has undergone 4 cycles of recertification audits & yet the quality management system is continuously improved for further organizational excellence. Leopad's top priority is Quality Service. Leopad has adopted world class methodologies to ensure quality, timely and successful delivery of services to exceed customer's expectation.

Leopad has developed & implemented Standard Operating Procedures at all operational sites & business units, as an extensive technique to provide quality assurance to our clients. Delivering high quality results within stipulated timeframes.

SAFETY, HEALTH & ENVIRONMENT

SAFETY is the foundation stone of Leopad Group. It begins with a detailed safety program, qualified trained personnel, commitment, implementation and followthrough.

SAFETY Programs are implemented to ensure all workforce at site are trained and competent for Safety, Health and Environment besides being competent technically in completing the work. For the lower skill workers, competency requirements are being developed of which training schedule are planned in order for jobs undertaken can be evaluated accordingly.

In implementing a Safety, Health and Environment culture, the management continuous outreach to the workforce to reinforce the lessons learned in the training as well as provides two way communication between the management.
